Claire Crowley began her fitness journey from a young age, starting gymnastics as her first sport. She competed for her region back home in the UK and found her passion for fitness along the way!
Throughout her training and studying Sports & Fitness, Claire began teaching gymnastics from ages 4-18 ranging from beginner to elite level. With 10 years of coaching kids in the bag, Claire then began teaching group fitness classes adults in commercial gyms. She took classes from spinning, bootcamp style and a wide range of Les Mills disciplines, and began her own personal training business.
Whilst needing to maintain fitness to teach classes Claire found CrossFit through a fitness friend and started attending classes a few times a week. It wasn’t long before she was hooked and had found a new focus. Within her first 6 months she qualified for the European Regionals and soon decided she wanted to regularly compete. She began teaching CrossFit 2 years ago and has further qualified for the Meridian Regionals to represent the UAE this year.
Claire strongly believes that nutrition is the key to successful performance, balanced with good sleep, hydration & low stress levels to hugely enhance training.
