This Year, Put Fitness on Top of Your To-Do List

We get it: You’re busy. Probably very busy. So busy, in fact, that finding time to take care of yourself has never been more difficult. This is true for people in the workforce, and it’s also something students struggle with day-in and day-out. Between classes, assignments, activities, and time with friends, there aren’t many hours left over in the day.

Fortunately, when it comes to fitness, we’ve got three easy tips to make physical activity a breeze to fit into any routine.

Make a to-do list.

Structuring a logical, scientifically-opitimized to-do list is as easy as putting pen to paper (we highly recommend putting pen to paper instead of typing it out, where it will likely get lost among other files.

Work out efficiently.

Make sure you’re getting the most out of your fitness time. Classes like the ones we offer at CrossFit Keep Charging are a great way to do just that — warm up, strength, skill, conditioning, mobility, and cool-downs all in an hour or less. Why spend more time?!

Make the weekends count.

Working out during the week can be especially tough, but we strive hard to fit in sessions here and there. Still struggling to make time? The weekends are the perfect time to dedicate an hour or two to honing in your dietand getting in a few workouts. Sleeping in is great, but getting up before 3pm and having a sweat session already under your belt is an even better feeling!
